Abstract:
Braking levers (76) are provided on rear wheel stays (42) that support the rear wheels (40). Said braking levers (76) are incorporated in braking devices (70) that function when the rear wheels (40) are in the use position and are equipped with braking parts (76b) as braking members. When the rear wheels (40) are stored in the upper storing position, the controlling parts (76c) of said braking levers (76) are configured so as to be pressed against the rear wheels (40) as controlling members to control the rotation of the rear wheels (40).
