Abstract:
The present invention realizes a secret calculation in which additions are easy and the amounts of communication and calculation required for multiplications are small. Provided is a secret calculation system provided with three secret calculation devices. An i'th secret calculation device (i = 1, 2, 3) is provided with: a holding unit for holding (S[i], T[i]) and (S'[i], T'[i]) as the variances of an n-bit number W and an n-bit W' (n = arbitrary natural number), respectively; a first multiplication unit for determining the logical product of S[i] and S'[i]; a second multiplication unit for determining the logical product of T[i] and T'[i]; and a first subtraction unit for determining the difference between the logical product determined by the first multiplication unit and the logical product determined by the second multiplication unit.
