Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a securities transaction management system which is capable of achieving connections of dark pools which a plurality of sell sides provide, or of achieving a dark pool in which the plurality of sell sides participate, and which is also capable of matching for potential buy side orders. According to a representative embodiment, provided is a securities transaction management system, comprising: one or more information processing systems, including an order management system which manages orders among parties in a buy side or a sell side which are participants participating in a securities transaction; and a potential order pool system which records in a database information, which is acquired from each of the information processing systems, of Indication of Interest (IOI) of each of the participants, and matches buyers and sellers among the orders included in each IOI.
