Abstract:
The present invention relates to the selenophen compounds of general formula I, geometrical isomer and pharmaceutical acceptable salts thereof, wherein each group of the general formula I is as defined in the claims and the specification. The present invention also relates to the method of the preparations for the compounds of general formula I, pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds and the uses of the said compounds in (i) increasing the flexibility of skin or decreasing the wrinkles of skin, preventing or treating (ii) the non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, (iii) the diabetes mellitus complications (iv) the injury of kidney, (v) the injury of blood vessel or preventing or treating angiosclerosis, (vi) hypertension, (vii)retinopathy, (viii) the injury of crystalline, (ix) cataract, (x) pathology of peripheral nerve, (xi) lung AGES caused by smoking and therefore the diseases of lung fibrosis and respiratory distress and so on, (xii) osteoarthritis; or the use as local administration for the nonnasality to prevent or reverse the dyeing of teeth; or the use for keeping the vegetable protein or animal protein of all kinds of foodstuff fresh.
