Abstract:
A self-adaptive linear bias circuit (100), comprising a temperature compensation circuit (1), a third power transistor (Q3) and a second resistor (R2), which are connected in sequence. The temperature compensation circuit (1) comprises a first power transistor (Q1), a second power transistor (Q2), a first resistor (R1), a third resistor (R3) and a fourth resistor (R4). The operating current of the self-adaptive linear bias circuit (100) can increase as a power signal increases, such that the linearity of a power amplifier is significantly improved, and the temperature compensation circuit (1) of the self-adaptive linear bias circuit (100) improves the stability of the overall circuit temperature and the control accuracy of a current. Further provided are a radio-frequency power amplifier and a radio frequency chip. Compared with the prior art, the linearity and the control accuracy of the self-adaptive linear bias circuit, the radio-frequency power amplifier and the radio frequency chip are high.
