Abstract:
The present utility model provides a radio frequency driving circuit, comprising a digital circuit, a driving signal generating circuit, and a latch circuit connected in sequence. The digital circuit is configured to receive an input signal and then generate a control signal, and output the control signal; the driving signal generating circuit is configured to receive the control signal and generate a high level and a low level, and output the high level and the low level; the latch circuit is configured to reduce the low level to a negative voltage and output the negative voltage. The present utility model further provides a radio frequency switch and a radio frequency chip. Compared with the prior art, the radio frequency driving circuit, the radio frequency switch, and the radio frequency chip of the present utility model are good in stability and simple in structure.
