Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-extending quick-repair connector for a power cable. The self-extending quick-repair connector for a power cable comprises a connector main body (4) and a connecting cylinder (41), wherein an inner conical surface is respectively provided at two ends of the connector main body (4), butt-joint cables are fixedly connected to the inner conical surfaces at the two ends of the connector main body (4) by means of a stress cone (1), cable cores at ends of the butt-joint cables are fixed to connecting fittings (3) and then inserted into two ends of the connecting cylinder (41), and the stress cone (1) is fixed to metal inserts (42) on an end surface of the connector main body (4) by means of cone support assemblies (5); and the cone support assemblies (5) comprise tightening screw rods (52), base plates (54) slidably connected to the tightening screw rods (52) in a sleeving manner, and cone support bowls (51) tightly attached to outer ends of the stress cones (1), and springs (53) sleeved outside the tightening screw rods (52) are arranged between the base plates (54) and the cone support bowls (51). By using the cable intermediate connector with the structure, the butt joint requirement for two cables at a certain distance can be met, and in addition, the convenience and efficiency of butt jointing cables are improved.
