Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the field of civil engineering, and relates to a steel silo shear wall insertion joint and a calculation method. The insertion joint comprises an upper steel silo shear wall, a lower steel silo shear wall, an insertion plate, a steel slot, and a spacer plate. The insertion plate and the steel slot are separately welded to inner sides of the shear walls. The insertion plate is inserted into the steel slot to achieve quick connection of the two shear walls. A calculation method for insertion joint connection is provided by means of numerical analysis, formula derivation, and verification based on a finite element model. The joint of the present invention has a simple structure and manifest force transmission, facilitates construction, reduces on-site welding operations, and achieves efficient and quick connection of an upper shear wall and a lower shear wall. A connection member is provided in the wall, thereby ensuring that the verticality and the flatness of the wall meet standards, and that the wall is aesthetically pleasing. The designs of the insertion plate and the steel slot ensure accurate positioning between the upper wall and the lower wall, and the properties of steel are leveraged to ensure that components have good ductility; therefore, the shear wall has good seismic performance, integrity, and stability.
