Abstract:
A self-lubricating ball threaded rod set, comprising a threaded rod (1) and a rotatable nut (2). The rotatable nut (2) is provided with an internally threaded mounting hole (21) running through left-to-right and matching the threaded rod (1). The rotatable nut (2) is threadedly mounted on the threaded rod (1) via the internally threaded mounting hole (21). A housing (3) is sleevedly provided on the exterior of the rotatable nut (2). The housing (3) and the rotatable nut (2) are rotatably connected to each other. A sealed annular oil-filled cavity (23) is provided between the outer sidewall of the rotatable nut (2) and the inner sidewall of the housing (3). The annular oil-filled cavity (23) is filled with a lubricating oil (4). An oil inlet (22) in communication with the internally threaded mounting hole (21) is provided on the outer sidewall of the rotatable nut (2). The oil inlet (22) is located within the annular oil-filled cavity (23). The self-lubricating ball threaded rod set provides the advantages of being capable of implementing self-lubrication when the rotatable nut (2) is rotating relative to the threaded rod (1), being structurally simple, favoring an increase in the level of automation, work efficiency, and service life of equipment.
