Abstract:
An array substrate (11b) is provided with: a first diode (29) provided with first electrode parts (29a, 29b) comprising a second metal film (38), and a first semiconductor part (29d) connected to the first electrode parts (29a, 29b) through first-diode-side apertures (29c1, 29c2); a contact part (32) provided with a gate-wiring-side connector (48) comprising a first metal film (34) and formed at an end of gate wiring (19), and a diode-side connector (50) connected to the gate-wiring-side connector (48) through contact-part-side apertures (49a); and a static-electricity protection part (51) provided with a static-electricity attraction part (52) which comprises a semiconductor film (36), and which attracts static electricity generated by the first diode (29) or the contact part (32) at a stage prior to the formation of the second metal film (38), and an attraction-part-protection part (53) which comprises a protective film (37) and which has static-electricity attraction apertures (53a) formed passing through positions superposing the static-electricity attraction part (52) in a planar view.
