Abstract:
A semiconductor device including a battery-side first terminal, an inverter circuit-side second terminal, and a transistor. The semiconductor device is configured so as to permit the supply of current from the first terminal to the second terminal and permit the supply of current from the second terminal to the first terminal, by controlling the voltage applied to the transistor control terminal. The withstand voltage between the first terminal and the second terminal is at least the battery voltage.
