Abstract:
In the present invention, an environmental power generator (100) outputs generated charge to a power line (6) to which a capacitor (4) is connected. A voltage comparison circuit (20) outputs a voltage detection signal (VCMP) when a power generation voltage (VPWR), which corresponds to the charging voltage of the capacitor (4), is at least an activation determination voltage. Internal circuits (13, 16) of a semiconductor device (10x) are activated in response to the voltage detection signal (VCMP). A setting change circuit (11) switches the activation determination voltage according to a setting input (11v).
