Abstract:
A drive circuit (10) is provided with: a transistor group (G11), which is provided between a node (n12) and a node (n13), and which has an N-type transistor (Tn11); and a transistor group (G12), which is provided in parallel to the transistor group (G11), and which has two N-type transistors (Tn21, Tn22) that are connected in series. The N-type transistor (Tn11) and at least one of the N-type transistors (Tn21, Tn22) have the gates thereof connected to an input node.
