Abstract:
This semiconductor laser device is provided with: a semiconductor laser element that outputs laser light in the first direction; a collimating lens that collimates, among the components of the laser light outputted from the semiconductor laser element, the components in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction; and a lens fixing block having a lens attaching surface perpendicular to the third direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. A first end portion of the collimating lens is fixed to the lens attaching surface of the lens fixing block by means of a fixing resin, said first end portion being in the third direction, and fillets are formed on two surfaces intersecting at the first end portion fixed by means of the fixing resin.
