Abstract:
A sensor device (S) comprises: a housing (H) that has a sensor element (2) inserted therein and holds the sensor element (2) such that a detection unit (21) is positioned at the distal end thereof in the axial direction (X); and an element cover (1) disposed coaxially with the distal end. A distal end surface (122) of an outer cover (12) has a plurality of outer distal end surface holes (12b) provided outward from positions opposing the outer peripheral edge of an inner distal end surface hole (11b). The distal end surface (122) includes: a central part (122a) which protrudes toward the inner distal end surface hole (11b); an outer peripheral part (122b) in which the outer distal end surface holes (12b) are provided and which is positioned further toward the distal end than the central part (122a); and an inclined surface (123) connecting the central part (122a) and the outer distal end surface holes (12b).
