Abstract:
A vehicle body side part structure (10) is provided with a roof side rail (17) and a quarter pillar (15). The roof side rail extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, and has a first hollow structure formed therein. The quarter pillar has a second hollow structure formed therein, and has an upper end coupled to the roof side rail in an intersecting manner. At the intersecting part of the roof side rail and the upper end of the quarter pillar, the quarter pillar closes, with a lid part (48f) of the upper end, an opening part (71) at which the roof side rail is opened.
