Abstract:
An acquiring means (111) acquires position information indicating the relative position between a facility device and a sensor device. A detection means (112) detects the power shortage of a secondary battery in the sensor device. When the power shortage is detected by the detection means (112), a specifying means (113) specifies, by using the position information acquired by the acquiring means (111), a facility device having the highest efficiency of feeding power to the sensor device. An instruction means (114) then makes an instruction of starting feeding power to the facility device specified by the specifying means (113).
