Abstract:
Disclosed are a sensor unit and a battery wiring module with the sensor unit that make manufacturing process simplification and manufacturing cost suppression possible while also making it possible to suppress conductive path structure breaking and detection accuracy reduction. A sensor unit 10 comprises a flexible, band-shaped conductive path structure 32 comprising a thin-plate-shaped conductor 44 and an insulating film 46 covering the conductor 44, a sensor element 40 that is disposed on the front surface 48 of the conductive path structure 32 and is connected to the conductor 44, and a board 42 that is disposed on the rear surface 52 of the conductive path structure 32 and has one surface fixed to the region of the conductive path structure 32 facing the sensor element 40 in the thickness direction of the conductive path structure 32. The other surface of the board 42 is a surface for touching an object 14 to be detected. The board 42 has a shape obtained by bending a single metal plate 54 into two layers in the thickness direction. A region of the metal plate 54 having a burr formed thereon is disposed inward in the bending direction.
