Disclosed are a separated pot and a usage method thereof, concerning a cooking device used for food processing and a usage method thereof. The separated pot comprises: a first container pot (2) and a second container pot (3); an internal side and an external side of at least one of the two container pots (2 and 3) being able to conduct heat exchange; openings of the first container pot (2) and the second container pot (3) being assembled to form a closed pot; openings of the two container pots (2 and 3) both being provided with outward folding edges, namely an edge of the first container pot (5) and an edge of the second container pot (6); and two edges of the two container pots (4) being able to be assembled to seal the two container pots (2 and 3). During use, assembling the first container pot (2) with the second container pot (3), making same a separated pot containing an upper portion and a lower portion; sealing at the closed portion; placing the separated pot on a rotation device; and starting a heat-emitting power source outside the pot, heating the interior of the pot, and rotating the pot at the same time, and exchanging the upper and lower positions of the first container pot (2) and the second container pot (3), so as to stir fry food in the pot.
