Abstract:
A separation column for treating condensed water. The separation column comprises a column body, wherein evaporation units (1, 2, 3, 4) used for purifying condensed water are arranged in the column body, a last-effect condensation unit (5) is arranged below the evaporation units (1, 2, 3, 4), and the last-effect condensation unit (5) is connected to a vacuum pump (7); and in the evaporation units (1, 2, 3, 4), concentric-square-shaped apparatuses (15, 25, 35) are provided at the bottom of downcomers (14, 24, 34) which are used for enabling a liquid phase to pass through, and U-shaped tubes (27, 37, 47) are provided at the bottom of condensate channels (26, 36, 46) which are used for enabling a condensate, which has been subjected to heat exchange, to flow to the next effect. Further disclosed is a method for treating condensed water. The treatment method has the beneficial effects that 1) an intermediate pump is omitted by using gravity, thereby saving on power cost and a matched control system; 2) a pressure difference between various effects is designed, continuous evaporation is realized by using heat energy provided by a first effect, so as to achieve the aim of separation, and there is no need to provide a heat source from the outside in subsequent effects; and 3) the integration level is high, the sealing performance is good, a vacuum is easily realized, a subsequent vacuum system is small, the energy consumption is low, the occupied area of a device is small, the construction and mounting costs are low, and the operation is simple.
