Abstract:
This invention provides a separator for a humidifier, comprising a main surface
abutted against a water vapor permeable film (2), fluid flow paths (3, 4) formed
of recesses in the concavoconvexes (66, 81) formed on the main surface, and elastic
layers (1a, 1c) formed so as to be extended to at least a given depth from the front
ends of the protrusions in the concavoconvexes (67, 82).
