Abstract:
The present invention relates to a separator sealing device and a unit cell manufacturing device using same, and to a separator sealing device and a unit cell manufacturing device using same, the separator sealing device being capable of sealing a separator portion between electrodes with accurate, efficient, and improved quality and being continuously and economically used without the occurrence of problems caused by deformation. The separator sealing device according to the present invention comprises: a first sealing unit which includes, on the outer surface thereof, a sealing tip having a protruding shape so as to press a separator, and which rotates around a first rotary shaft; and a second sealing unit which includes, on the circumference thereof, a pressing surface facing the sealing tip so as to press the separator, and which rotates around a second rotary shaft, wherein, during rotation of the first sealing unit and the second sealing unit, the sealing tip and the pressing surface press the separator located between the first sealing unit and the second sealing unit, so that the separator is sealed. The unit cell manufacturing device, according to the present invention, for manufacturing a unit cell in which an electrode and a separator are alternately stacked comprises: a lamination device for laminating, by using heat and pressure, an electrode stacked body in which a sheet-type separator and a plurality of electrodes are alternately stacked; a separator sealing device for sealing portions between the plurality of electrodes arranged on the sheet-type separator in the longitudinal direction of the sheet-type separator in the electrode stacked body having passed through the lamination device; and a cutting device for cutting the sealed portions between the plurality of electrodes after the separator sealing device performs sealing work.
