Abstract:
A series-connection type servo valve mechanism, comprising a driving motor (9), a first valve base (11), a second valve base (12), a first guide block (21), a first eccentric wheel (31), a second guide block (22), a second eccentric wheel (32), a first eccentric shaft (33), a second eccentric shaft (34), a first valve core base (13), a second valve core base (14), a first valve core (41), a second valve core (42), a first valve rod (51), a second valve rod (52), a first valve core plug (43), and a second valve core plug (44); the first guide block (21) can drive the first valve core plug (43) to move by means of the first valve rod (51) and fits with the first valve core (41) so as to achieve opening and closing of an inner channel of the first valve core base (13); and the second guide block (22) can drive the second valve core plug (44) to move by means of the second valve rod (52) and fits with the second valve core (42) so as to achieve opening and closing of an inner channel of the second valve core base (14).
