Abstract:
The present invention relates to a series core induction boiler heating system in which the efficiency of induction heating by an induction coil makes it possible to reach a high temperature even with low power, thereby promoting energy saving, rapid heating, and heating efficiency. The series core induction boiler heating system is configured such that: the left and right sides or the left and right sides and bottom surface constituting a boiler container are configured as magnetic heating surfaces to expand a contact area with a heating medium such that heat exchange can rapidly occur; a ceramic insulation plate, an induction coil, and a ferrite heat sink are combined in order on the outside of the magnetic heating surfaces forming the left and right sides or the left and right sides and bottom surface of the boiler container so as to facilitate disassembly and assembly of induction units, thereby simplifying maintenance; some eddy currents are reduced by counter-electromotive force from the magnetic heating surfaces through the induction units such that the induction coil which rises in temperature is cooled quickly through the ferrite heat sink to prevent deterioration of induction heating efficiency due to the temperature rise of the induction coil; the induction units formed on the magnetic heating surfaces are combined in the form of a series core such that the frequency band of the induction units coupled to each of the magnetic heating surfaces can be controlled simultaneously with one inverter, thereby reducing manufacturing costs due to unnecessary components and increasing the induction heating efficiency by reducing the noise of an induction heating frequency wavelength along with cooling the induction coil with the ferrite heat sink; and a rapid heating effect can be obtained through amplification of a low-frequency wavelength of the induction unit by matching a resonance impedance band of the magnetic heating surfaces for secondary heating through a resonance means.
