Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a computer program stored in a computer-readable storage medium is disclosed. The computer program includes instructions for allowing a computer to perform the following steps of: receiving, from exercise equipment, user identification information, exercise equipment identification information, and exercise information of a user; measuring a one repetition maximum (1RM) value of a first muscle area, which the user is currently exercising, on the basis of the user identification information, the exercise equipment identification information, and the exercise information; generating exercise prescription information on the basis of the 1RM value of the first muscle area; and transmitting the 1RM value of the first muscle area and/or the exercise prescription information to a user terminal and/or the exercise equipment.
