Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to allow estimating a situation from portions of communication among corporations which are not verbalized. According to the present invention, from a terminal device, a server device receives as user information communication source user information and communication destination user information, which is information of a user who uses the terminal device. The server device searches a user information management database on the basis of the received user information, extracts names of organizations with which the communication source user and the communication destination user are associated, and identifies combinations of users who have communicated among the organizations as paths to be used in estimating a situation. The server device estimates the situation for each identified path, and determines, according to the estimated situation, whether to issue an alert regarding a communication between the communication destination user and the communication source user which have been received from the terminal device.
