Abstract:
This server connectable to one or a plurality of printers that execute radio frequency identification (RFID) communication with a RFID tag is provided with: a recording unit that associates with each other printer identification information for identifying the printers, tag identification information for identifying the RFID tag, and a communication parameter, with which the printers execute the RFID communication, said recording unit recording the printer identification information, tag identification information, and communication parameter in a storage device; a first acquisition unit that acquires, from the printers, the printer identification information, and the tag identification information having been read by means of the printers; a specifying unit that specifies the communication parameter associated with the printer identification information and the tag identification information, which have been acquired by means of the first acquisition unit; and a first transmission unit that transmits, to the printers, the communication parameter specified by means of the specifying unit.
