Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of gateway control, and discloses a service relay switching method and apparatus, a terminal device, and a storage medium. The method of the present application comprises: upon detecting an outbound request, determining, according to an association relationship between each gateway relay resource, each classification identifier, and each service identifier, a current classification identifier corresponding to a current service identifier; determining a corresponding initial gateway relay resource according to the current classification identifier, and performing an outbound operation according to the initial gateway relay resource; and upon detecting that an outbound anomaly occurs in the outbound operation, determining a classification identifier to be switched to according to an idle service line, performing switching from the current classification identifier to the classification identifier to be switched to, and calling a relay resource group to be switched to corresponding to the classification identifier to be switched to so as to achieve service relay switching. Extremely fast switching is performed when a relay is abnormal, and requirements on the number of backup relays are reduced, thereby reducing time spent in relay switching, reducing operation costs, and improving the speed and the efficiency of relay switching.
