Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of interface log generating process optimization, and disclosed are a telephone platform log query method, a terminal device, a storage medium and an apparatus. In the present application, a log function corresponding to a file to be processed is acquired, and the file to be processed is redirected to an initial installation directory according to the log function so as to generate a target installation directory; the target installation directory is recorded in a preset database so as to form a log database; after it is detected that the log database is generated, associated information corresponding to a target FreeSWITCH host is acquired; the log database is updated according to the associated information so as to generate a target database; and when a log query instruction is received, the target database is queried according to the log query instruction. The preset database is quickly queried when a call system is abnormal. Thus, the troubleshooting speed for abnormalities in the call system is improved, and there is no need to check a large number of logs, which saves time for abnormality troubleshooting and improves the efficiency of system abnormality troubleshooting.
