Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a service upgrade method for a server group, wherein the server group has multiple original servers. The method is characterized in that the method comprises: local upgrade: employing a new server to receive access requests in place of a part of the original servers; performance test: comparing a performance score of the new server with a preset threshold; if the performance score is lower than the preset threshold, undoing the local upgrade, debugging the new server, performing the local upgrade and the performance test on the debugged new server again, and repeating until the performance score is higher than the preset threshold; and if the performance score is higher than the threshold, continuing to perform the local upgrade and the performance test until each of the original servers is replaced with the new server for receiving access requests, thereby completing a service upgrade of the server group. The embodiments of the present invention also provide a service upgrade system for a server group. The prevent invention realizes a gradual upgrade for services of a server group, and accelerates a rollout speed of new services.
