Abstract:
The present invention provides information as to which welding conditions should be corrected to what numerical extent so as to achieve a target quality. In a setting assistance device (40) for assisting setting of certain welding conditions to perform welding, an input accepting section (42) accepts a specified target quality for welding, and in response to the acceptance of the specified target quality by the input accepting section (42), a welding condition information output section (44) outputs items of the welding conditions to be corrected to achieve the target quality, and limit information indicating the extent of values that the items of the welding conditions can take to achieve the target quality.
