Abstract:
The present application provides a sewing device intelligent process identification and piece counting method and system, and a terminal, and a medium. The method comprises: obtaining an electrical signal converted from a mechanical movement of a sewing device, and according to the electrical signal, generating corresponding time-sequence-based sewing data; reducing the dimensions of the sewing data to two dimensions, including time interval dimensions of each action of a motor in the sewing device, and corresponding sewing stitch count dimensions; judging the process type of the sewing data and determining a process template; according to the motor action time intervals of the process template, selecting a piece counting segmentation point of the sewing data to be segmented, so as to carry out piece counting. The invention allows for identifying from a known plurality of process templates a process corresponding to data, thereby reducing additional manual work; by only collecting an electrical signal of a sewing machine, data acquisition requirements are reduced; accurate judgment is achieved for the starting point and ending point of each piece; the use of a dynamic time warping method increases the accuracy of the segmentation points; and the method is suitable for long processes and short processes, and has broad market prospects.
