A shaking device for clothing and a clothing treatment apparatus. The clothing treatment apparatus comprises the shaking device. The shaking device comprises a cross beam (2), a first linkage (4), a second linkage (5), and a motor (7). The cross beam (2) is slidably connected to a support base (9). The cross beam (2) is used for carrying a hanger or is provided with a hanger. The housing of the motor (7) is fixedly connected to the support base (9). One end of the first linkage (4) is pivotally connected to the cross beam (2), the other end of the first linkage (4) is pivotally connected to one end of the second linkage (5), and the other end of the second linkage (5) is in driving connection with a rotating shaft of the motor (7). The motor (7) can drive the second linkage (5) to rotate, such that the first linkage (4) drives the cross beam (2) to move reciprocately and linearly along its lengthwise direction. The cross beam (2) can drive clothing to shake by means of the hanger, thereby achieving the purpose of clothing dewatering and drying and preventing the appearance of wrinkles.
