Abstract:
In order to determine position relationships in a region of any shape or size on Earth accurately and with high precision, a shape determination device (100) has a candidate point detection unit (31) and an intersection point detection unit (32). The candidate point detection unit (31) detects, as a candidate point, a point of intersection between a first reference circle to which a first line segment that has been input (on a sphere that has been input) belongs and a second reference circle to which a second line segment that has been input (on the sphere that has been input) belongs. The intersection point detection unit (32) determines whether a candidate point is an intersection point between the first line segment and the second line segment.
