Provided are a shaped cut organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and an OLED display, said OLED display panel comprising: a normal display region (200), internally provided with a plurality of first scan lines (211) extending horizontally; a shaped region (100), provided with a gap hole (130) and a first display region (110) and second display region (120) located at the two sides of said gap hole (130); the first display region (110) is internally provided with a second scan line (111) extending horizontally, and the second display region (120) is provided with a third scan line (121) extending horizontally; a first gate driver (310) and a second gate driver (320) extend from the two sides of the normal display region (200) to the two sides of the shaped region (100); at least one of the first gate driver (310) and the second gate driver (320) drives the first scan lines (211) in the normal display region (200); at least one of the first gate driver (310) and the second gate driver (320) drives the second scan line (111) and the third scan line (121). Thus the scan lines in a shaped cut OLED display panel are driven effectively.
