The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric for a sheet mask having improved water containing ability in which a non-woven preparatory fabric prepared by blending lyocell fibers and acetate fibers is immersed in a water-soluble pearl extract, the non-woven fabric comprising: 45% to 90% by weight of lyocell; 9% to 50% by weight of acetate fiber; and 0.01% to 10% by weight of water-soluble pearl extract, wherein the water-soluble pearl extract is water-soluble pearl powder that is obtained by pulverizing pearls to obtain pearl powder, kneading the obtained pearl powder with edible acetic acid, aging same for 10 to 14 hours, adding purified water thereto, stirring and reacting same to obtain an aqueous solution, and then purifying the aqueous solution with a filter and drying the aqueous solution. The non-woven preliminary fabric has a honeycomb dot hole pattern in which a predetermined pattern having an average diameter of 10 to 20 mm is repeated, which is formed by means of dot holes having an average diameter of 0.1 to 1.0 mm.
