Abstract:
A sheet metal having a composition comprising, in terms of % by mass, 0.002-0.10% C, 0.02-3.0% Si, 0.02-2.0% Mn, less than 0.050% P, less than 0.010% S, 12.0-30.0% Cr, more than 30.0% to less than 50.0% Ni, 0.0005-0.020% N, 0.002-5.0% Al, more than 3.0% to less than 7.5% Ti, more than 0.5% to less than 4.0% Nb, 0-4.0% Mo, 0-4.0% W, 0-0.01% B, 0-0.002% Ca, and 0-0.002% Mg, the remainder being iron and unavoidable impurities, the crystal grain size of the sheet metal being 20.0 µm or greater, the cross-sectional hardness thereof being 400 HV or greater, and the change in hardness thereof after retention for 400 hours at 700°C being 80 HV or less. This sheet metal has excellent workability and heat resistance.
