Abstract:
A shielding structure which is provided with: cylindrical shielding material (3) which surrounds and shields a plurality of electrical wires (1), which are routed to a vehicle, together; shielding shells (4) which are connected to tube end portions (3a and 3b) of the shielding material and which ground the shielding material at the tube end portions; and grounding clasps (5) which are attached to the outer periphery of the intermediate portion of the shielding material so as to bundle and retain the shielding material and the plurality of electrical wires, and to ground the shielding material at the intermediate portion.
