Abstract:
A ship equipped with a plurality of engines and exhaust gas purification devices disposed on exhaust passages for exhaust gas from each engine, wherein each of the exhaust gas purification devices has a casing housing a purification catalyst for purifying the exhaust gas and an opening through which the purification catalyst is put into the casing or removed therefrom, and the exhaust gas purification devices are arranged such that the opening of each exhaust gas purification device faces the same space and such that, for at least two exhaust gas purification devices among the exhaust gas purification devices, the work directions in which work would be carried out through the openings of those exhaust gas purification devices intersect each other.
