Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of machining of mechanical parts. In particular, disclosed is a shot-blasting treatment device for a star wheel. The shot-blasting treatment device comprises a plurality of shots, a supporting frame and a shot-blasting unit. The shot-blasting unit comprises a shot-conveying portion, a first shot-blasting pipe, and a first shot-blasting device arranged on the first shot-blasting pipe. The first shot-blasting pipe is provided with a first shot-blasting opening in communication with the first shot-blasting device, the first shot-blasting pipe is horizontally arranged and is fixedly connected to the supporting frame, the first shot-blasting pipe is in communication with the shot-conveying portion, and several protruding blocks capable of abutting against an inner wall of a star wheel are fixedly mounted on an outer wall of the first shot-blasting pipe, the maximum horizontal distance between every two adjacent protruding blocks being smaller than or equal to the axial length of the star wheel. According to this solution, the first shot-blasting device blasts the shots, the shots are blasted out through the first shot-blasting opening, and the shots hit an inner wall of a star wheel, such that a shot-blasting treatment on the inner wall of the star wheel is achieved.
