Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a sidewall rubber composition that has excellent low rolling resistance characteristics and can improve pass-by noise, when applied to a tire. In order to achieve this aim, this sidewall rubber composition used in tire sidewalls is characterized by having a tan δ ratio at 0°C relative to a tan δ ratio at 30°C (0°C tan δ/ 30°C tan δ) of at least 2.00.
