Abstract:
Provided is a head mounted display that is used while being worn on a user's head, wherein a convex lens is disposed in a position that faces the user's cornea when the head mounted display is worn. An infrared light source projects infrared light towards the convex lens. A camera captures images which include the user's cornea as a subject. A housing accommodates the convex lens, the infrared light source, and the camera. The convex lens is provided with a plurality of reflective regions that reflect infrared light onto the inner part of the convex lens. The infrared light source projects infrared light onto each of the plurality of reflective regions that are provided to the convex lens, thereby causing an infrared light pattern to appear on the user's cornea.
