Abstract:
The signal processing apparatus (100) of the invention is a signal processing apparatus for calculating a correlated value between an input analog signal and an input digital code (D), and comprises: an adder (103) to which a noise signal is input and which adds the noise signal to an analog signal; an analog comparator (104) that compares the magnitude of the analog signal to which the noise signal has been added with a comparison reference voltage at a timing that is synchronous with a clock signal having a first period; a multiplier (106) to which a comparison result of the analog comparator (104) and a predetermined digital code (D) are input and which calculates an exclusive OR between the comparison result of the analog comparator (104) and the digital code (D) at a timing that is synchronous with the clock signal; and a counter (108) that totalizes, in time sequence, calculation results of the multiplier (106) in a second period and that calculates, as a corrected value, the difference between a totalization result and the half of a value obtained by dividing the second period by the first period.
