Abstract:
In the present invention, a waveform shaping unit (220) accumulates beat signals S9 that are frame-by-frame beat signals S8. A distance calculation unit (252) uses the beat signals S9 to generate a range bin histogram and calculates a distance based on the range bin number corresponding to a peak of the histogram as the relative distance to an object. A speed calculation unit (253) uses the beat signals S9 to generate Doppler bin power spectrums for each time range or range bin, generates a difference statistic graph indicating statistics for differences between power spectrums, and calculates a speed based on the Doppler bin number corresponding to a peak of the difference statistic graph as the relative speed of the object.
