A signal processing method, a display apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium (600). The signal processing method is used for a display apparatus. The display apparatus comprises a display substrate (110), wherein the display substrate (110) comprises M rows and N columns of pixel units arranged in an array. The signal processing method comprises: acquiring display data of a frame of image to be displayed, wherein the display data comprises P rows and Q columns of pixel data arranged in an array; corresponding to the P rows of pixel data, generating P rows of gate scan signals; when P is less than M, generating M-P rows of supplementary gate scan signals on the basis of the P rows of gate scan signals, wherein the P rows of gate scan signals and the M-P rows of supplementary gate scan signals form M rows of gate scan signals; and respectively driving the M rows of pixel units by using the M rows of gate scan signals, wherein P, Q, M and N are all positive integers.
