Provided are a signal source device, a detection system, and a carrier. The signal source device comprises a deformation component (1) and a deformation-sensing component (2) connected to the deformation component (1). The deformation component (1) is internally provided with an elastic cavity for transmitting deformation in a direction towards the deformation-sensing component under the action of an external force. The deformation-sensing component (2) is internally provided with a deformation contact structure for sensing deformation of the elastic cavity, and two contacts, located at a side of the deformation contact structure away from the elastic cavity, and having a certain distance from the deformation contact structure in an initial state. The two contacts connect with each other after making contact with the deformation contact structure, so as to generate a deformation signal. The signal source device has high precision and sensitivity, a simple and compact overall structure, and is produced at a low cost.
