A monitoring device, a monitoring method, and a bearer. The monitoring device comprises a deformation device (1) used to deform under an external force; a deformation sensing device (2) used to sense deformation of the deformation device (1) and to generate a deformation signal; a controller (3), electrically connected to the deformation sensing device (2), and used to receive and process the deformation signal; and an air pump (4) electrically connected to the controller (3). The air pump (4) is also connected to the deformation device (1) and is used, under the control of the controller (3), to raise or lower pressure inside the deformation device (1). The monitoring device, the monitoring method, and the bearer monitor a behavioral status of the human body in real time, and automatically adjust the shape of the bearer, so as to meet a requirement of the behavioral status of the human body. The bearer can be used for sleep articles, such as a bed and a pillow, and is accordingly used to solve the problem of sleep disorders, thereby improving sleep quality and achieving a healthy sleep effect.
