Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a signal transfer apparatus, comprising: a shielding block, which comprises a first plane and a second plane, which are arranged opposite to each other; at least one group of signal transmission lines, which are provided in the shielding block, wherein two ends of each signal transmission line respectively extend to the first plane and the second plane, and the end of the signal transmission line that is close to the first plane is electrically connected to a circuit board; and a connector, which is connected to the second plane, and is electrically connected to the end of the signal transmission line that is close to the second plane. Pins of a chip for high-speed signals do not need to be connected to an inner layer of the circuit board by means of punching; striplines do not need to be transmitted to each position of the circuit board by means of different wiring layers; the signal transfer apparatus is electrically connected to the bottom face of the circuit board, so as to lead all the high-speed signals of the chip to an adapter, and the high-speed signals are then transmitted by means of the adapter; and there is no need to provide a high-speed signal wiring layer on the circuit board, so that near-end crosstalk can be eliminated, the signal integrity of the system is improved, and the high-speed signals can be randomly connected by means of a connector.
