Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a silicon nitride sintered compact with high thermal conductivity, a heating device, and an adsorption device. [Solution] This silicon nitride sintered compact has silicon nitride crystals, MgRE4Si3O13 (RE: rare-earth element) crystals, and REMgSi2O5N crystals, and thus has a high thermal conductivity. A heating device provided with a protective tube comprising this silicon nitride sintered compact is able to transfer heat from a heater more efficiently. An adsorption device provided with an adsorption member comprising this silicon nitride sintered compact is able to radiate heat from an adsorbed body more efficiently.
