Abstract:
A silicone dispersed product, which contains (a) 20-45% by mass (inclusive) of a silicone oil that has a kinematic viscosity as measured at 25°C of 20-10,000 mm2/s (inclusive), (b) 10-20% by mass (inclusive) of a polyether-modified silicone and (c) 5% by mass or more of an alcohol compound that has 1-6 carbon atoms and one or two hydroxy groups, and wherein the average particle diameter of the particles dispersed in the dispersed product is 100 nm or less; and a method for producing the silicone dispersed product.
